Members gathering in Florida for 2-day conference

The 100 Companies hosts first member conference

On May 3, members of The 100 Companies from around the country are gathering at The Don CeSar hotel in St. Pete Beach, FL, for our first member conference. During the two-day event, members will be able to hear updates on The 100 Companies’ market growth and expansion into new categories of business, reports on the growing number of readers and will be able to share member sales successes and best practices with each other. There will also be training sessions on new technology we’ve added to help improve SEO performance of our members’ websites.

“It will be a great time to be together to learn from each other and share ideas to make our digital media channels even stronger in the marketplace,” said Chris Schroder, CEO and founder of The 100 Companies. “As traditional media continues to evolve, our members have been in the forefront of understanding their audience and how they consume media. It’s really starting to pay off as their digital media channel has become known by business leaders and influencers as a source for information.”

News from our members:

Last month, Gambel Communications President Betsie Gambel was interviewed on WWL-TV, the local CBS affiliate in New Orleans, where she shared why “the brief, concise and consumable” New Orleans 100 is worth reading. Watch her “Great Day Louisiana” segment here.

Congratulations to Missy Hurley, Kyle Parks, Destynee Bush and the rest of the B2 Communications team, who took home first place in the online newsletter category for The Tampa Bay 100 at the FPRA Tampa Bay Image Awards.
