Before joining our team in 2019, Kristie worked in higher education, public libraries, freelance journalism, and, most recently, with PR Newswire in Albuquerque, New Mexico, as a content specialist. A native of Franklin, North Carolina, Kristie received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in literature and professional writing from Western Carolina University.
Prior to joining The 100 Companies, Margot attended the University of Cambridge for a master’s degree in political philosophy. She’s a Connecticut native and graduated from Duke University with a double major in Philosophy and Art History. During her time at Duke she gained writing and research experience through her work with the Art History Department.
