CEO launches The Georgia 100 to promote investment in eighth-largest market – 41st network market to launch

Commercial Real Estate CEO Steve Massell launched The Georgia 100 newsletter and website today, delivering intriguing stories about and promoting investment in the nation’s eighth most populous state. The bi-weekly publication featuring 100-word stories was delivered to inboxes of 75,000 governmental, financial, business and civic leaders and becomes the 41st market launched in The 100 Companies network.

“I’ve been reading The Atlanta 100 newsletter each week since its 2013 launch and have wished my firm had gotten on-board with this innovative publication then,” Massell said. “As my fourth-generation commercial real estate firm expands in Georgia, we determined the opportunity to display our expertise throughout the state seemed like a perfect opportunity.”

In addition to leading his firm for 31 years, Massell is the Southeast Director of the KW Commercial Leadership Council, charged with developing investment and brokers throughout Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee.

In its first bi-weekly issue, The Georgia 100 published stories on the state’s history, music and sports industries – in addition to updating readers on the announcement of and investment opportunities near the new $5 billion Rivian electric-vehicle manufacturing plant in a rural parcel 50 miles east of Atlanta.

“From the nation’s fourth largest port in Savannah to the world’s busiest airport in Atlanta, as well as its $8 billion agricultural industry, there is plenty of business news to cover in Georgia,” said Chris Schroder, founder and CEO of The 100 Companies. “Massell becomes the second CEO in the past five months to launch our 100-word media channel to raise their firm’s profile and position themselves as thought leaders in their field. Although we began our national network six years ago partnering with PR agencies around the nation, we are now discovering the value we bring to individual corporations and their leaders.”

In the past month, The 100 Companies helped Florida publisher Peter Schorsch launch his second newsletter and third website through The 100 Companies.

The 100 Companies digital publishing network delivers more than 2 million newsletters each month featuring 100-word stories, photos, videos and podcasts while managing Google-News certified websites with expanded content and social media networks. The 100 team handles all background tasks: editing, designing, producing, distributing to a custom database it develops – even writing all the stories – so members can focus on clients and prospects. The 100 Companies has launched digital media platforms in 25 geographic and 6 industry vertical markets.
