JINYA’s slogan is “no ramen, no life.”
As such, founder Tomo Takahashi has been bringing “life” to American cities since 2010, opening 75 JINYA locations and counting. Now with six locations in greater Atlanta – including a recent grand opening in Roswell – I had to find out for myself: Is JINYA’s ramen as rejuvenating as it sounds?
Well, JINYA slow cooks their broth for 20 hours, resulting in soup and noodles that are so rich you won’t even need meat (seriously: the Flying Vegan Harvest might’ve been our favorite). They’re a bit calorie-dense, but hey, that’s what cheat day is for.
